Although proper nouns take the marker 'o , we should reconsider marking all proper nouns with 'o, or worse, marking some of them with 'o and some of them without it. If we were to mark all proper nouns with 'o, we would have too many articles listed under 'o. I move that it be ommitted when appearing as the first word in the title of the article.
